Letter of Complaint

I am writing because I would like to complain about the shoes which I ordered by post from your shop.First, I would like to claim what they have come late, because they come with a month and a half late. Second, apart from being too late, shoes have a few flaws.

Also, you commented that in his store had the lowest prices and models ever find, I realized that this is a lie because it and discovered the same models and even better, other prices also lower.

I am very angry about the bad service and prices and models. Appreciate what others do not cheat customers like me because You will have serious problems and many complaints, and of course I would like at least You send other shoes.
